For online shops and multichannel retail

Stock across all your channels, in sync, without spreadsheets

We connect your online shop, marketplaces and physical store so inventory updates itself, you’re warned before you run out of stock and orders reach invoicing and shipping without retyping them.

The problem

Selling on several channels shouldn’t mean balancing stock by hand

Sales of products you no longer have because one channel didn’t hear about a sale on another, followed by cancellations and bad ratings.

Hours every week exporting and pasting inventory between the online shop, Amazon and the physical store’s system.

Stock-outs you discover once the customer has already ordered, because nobody noticed in time that the product was running low.

What we automate

Three automations designed for shops

Inventory synced across all your channels

When you sell on one channel, stock is deducted on the others within minutes. One reference inventory, with SKU mapping between platforms sorted out.

  • Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Amazon and your POS
  • Safety margin for the last units
  • Every adjustment is logged

Stock and reorder alerts

We work out how many days of each product you have left based on its sales pace and warn you before it runs out, with a draft purchase order for the supplier.

  • Alerts by email or Telegram
  • Days until stock-out based on recent sales
  • Supplier order ready to review

Orders without retyping

Every order goes straight to your invoicing software and your shipping system, and the customer gets their notifications. Returns go back into stock automatically.

  • Invoices generated automatically
  • Shipping labels and tracking
  • Returns reflected in stock

How we set it up

From several spreadsheets to a single inventory

1

We connect your channels

Using the official connections (APIs) of your online shop, marketplaces and POS. You keep your current software.

2

We unify the catalogue

We match each product across platforms, even when it has a different code on each.

3

It syncs by itself

Stock updates every few minutes on every channel, and every change is logged.

4

You only see the alerts

Products running out, odd differences or problem orders: you only get what needs your attention.

We show you with your own channels

On a 30-minute call we look at where you sell and how the sync would work with your catalogue. Our blog has a worked (illustrative) example of the whole process.

Privacy and GDPR

Your sales and your customers’ data, on a server in the EU

The automations run on a private server in the European Union, not on automation tools hosted in the US. Orders and customer data go through it and nowhere else.

Server in the EU

GDPR compliant.

Official connections

Only each platform’s official APIs, with minimal permissions.

Everything logged

Every stock adjustment is recorded: you know what changed and when.

No lock-in

The automations are yours: if you ever want to take them elsewhere, we hand them over.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms does it work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Amazon Seller Central and most POS and invoicing software that has a connection (API). If your tool only allows exporting and importing files, it can almost always be automated too. We look at it in the audit.

What if the last unit sells on two channels at the same time?

The sync runs every few minutes, so it’s very unlikely, but for products with few units you can keep a safety margin: for example, stop offering a product on marketplaces when 2 units are left.

Do I have to change software?

No. We connect to what you already use: your online shop, marketplaces, POS and invoicing software. Your team keeps working the same way, just without copying and pasting.

How long does it take to set up?

It depends on the number of channels and products. A typical project is up and running in 2 to 6 weeks, with progress every week.

How much does it cost?

Setup has a fixed price from €2,500 and monthly maintenance from €190/month, depending on the number of channels and integrations. If you’d rather start with the audit (€390), it is fully deducted from the project.
